Creating a cleaner, healthier environment where we can all live and thrive is our highest priority. DTE has committed to an industry-leading goal of reducing our carbon emissions by 80 percent by 2050. But we’re not stopping there. As Michigan’s largest investor in renewable energy, we have driven investments of $2 billion in wind farms and solar arrays since 2008, providing enough clean energy to power 450,000 homes. While we work to make our environmental footprint cleaner and more sustainable, we also partner with nonprofits across the state to improve the natural beauty that can be found all around us, from the Great Lakes to Michigan’s forests.
