Do you know a hardworking, local nonprofit in need of a helping hand?
Vote for your favorite nonprofit organization below by 12 p.m. EST on Friday, July 1! The qualified organizations receiving the most votes will win a $10,000 grant from the DTE Energy Foundation and have the opportunity to engage DTE volunteers to support their mission.
Winners will be announced in August – DTE’s Month of Caring.

A Girl Like Me
A Girl Like Me helps girls, teens, teen moms and moms, ages 11 to 25, by providing free diapers, wipes, bottles, baby milk, food, new and gently-used baby items, clothing, shoes and personal hygiene kits. It also provides a mentoring program for girls, teens and teen moms ages 11 to 17.
Christian interdenominational organization assists adult pregnant women and their children by introducing them to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and equipping them to be self-sufficient through its residential housing program.
Jenna Kast Believe in Miracles Foundation
The mission of Believe in Miracles is to enrich the lives of Michigan children suffering from life-threatening medical conditions by buying gifts and bringing joy and hope to their lives.

Santa’s Helping Hands
Santa’s Helping Hands is a nonprofit organization that provides Christmas spirit through gifts and food to children of low- income households in St. Clair County (MI). Our goal is to raise and maintain funds to cover the expense for up to 1.5 future events to ensure the annual event, that was started in 1985, continues in future years.
