DTE is creating a brand-new parade float for this year’s National Cherry Festival’s DTE Foundation Cherry Royale Parade. We’re calling all Michigan kindergarten through high school students to submit their own unique designs. The submission can be a drawing, a painting, 3-D rendering, etc. the creative format is up to you.

DTE takes pride in its renewable energy resources and commitment to protecting the environment and ask that you include these themes in your design. The top three finalists will be chosen by public vote, and The National Cherry Festival’s team and DTE Foundation will select the winner.

How do you see light, energy and motion through out your community? These three segments take center stage in our business. We ask that you include these three themes in your design. The top three finalists will be chosen by public vote, and The Parade Company and DTE Foundation will select the winner.
