When: Tuesday, May 13 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

At our Mobile Customer Office, you can discuss your service face-to-face with a DTE team member who can help with a variety of questions, including:  

  • Explanation of your bill
  • Energy assistance referrals
  • Affordable payment plans
  • Moving or transferring service 

Although customer bills cannot be paid at this event, we can offer resources to seek payment assistance.
