A downed wire caused a chain reaction of outages in Inkster last week off Michigan Ave. and Inkster Rd. impacting nearly 300 customers. It is unclear what caused the downed wire, but it happened Wednesday morning and our crews had the power back on and the line repaired by mid-afternoon.
You may see more of our crews in the coming months as part of our accelerated electric reliability projects in your area, including more tree trimming and infrastructure updates. All these projects are underway to improve your service and reliability for the short- and long-term.
