This indicated that tree trimming crews were in your neighborhood. Our team safely cut down branches that were growing too close to overhead power lines. This reduces the chance of power outages during turbulent weather and will improve electrical reliability for the community.
In late 2021, DTE made a $90 million investment to accelerate tree trimming efforts across the communities it serves, helping prevent outages during heavy storms.
