Good news for customers in Westland as overhead crews were seen this week working to improve reliability in their community. DTE contractor crews worked at the corner of Palmer and Henry Ruff near Inkster Valley Golf Course. Our team installed a new utility pole and upgraded equipment like cabling, fuses, and connectors. This kind of work serves to strengthen the system in this area, so it can better withstand extreme weather. That means you and your neighbors have power when you need it most.
