DTE is making about 30 overhead system upgrades to a circuit in South Westland. One of the upgrades occurred near Palmer Road and Cottrill Lane. Overhead crews installed a new pole to the circuit, replacing an older worn pole. This improves the durability of system infrastructure, boosting power reliability for the community.
You may see more of our crews in the coming months as part of our accelerated electric reliability projects in your area, including more tree trimming and infrastructure updates. All these projects are underway to improve your service and reliability for the short- and long-term.
