Natural gas choice: why DTE may not be supplying your natural gas: Michigan residents and businesses have a choice in who supplies their natural gas. You can select the alternative natural gas supplier of your choice or take no action and continue to get your natural gas supplied by DTE under regulated rates.   

Energy efficiency rebates: Get started on your business energy efficiency journey with complimentary assessments, instant discounts and rebate programs. 

Card processing fees: As of March 2, 2026, if you pay your energy bill using a credit or debit card, you will see a processing fee applied. These fees are set by the payment processor and are designed to cover the costs associated with card transactions. DTE does not receive any portion of the processing fees. 

Natural gas safety: Like you, we’re committed to keeping your business and employees safe. Learn to recognize the signs of a natural gas and carbon monoxide leaks, and what to do if you experience one.
