Our crews were called to Woodward Avenue and Peterboro Street after a guard booth lost power. After a quick assessment, the cause of the outage was determined to be water damage to an underground wire. The crews were able to replace the damaged section with new wiring, safely and swiftly restoring power for the Detroit business.
You may see more of our crews in the coming months as part of our accelerated electric reliability projects in your area, including more tree trimming and infrastructure updates. All these projects are underway to improve your service and reliability for the short- and long-term.
