We have good news for customers living in Rochester. Our team was in your area this week working to improve your reliability. Overhead crews upgraded an exhausted utility pole near the corner of Production Drive and West Hamlin Road. The crew installed a cable pole, which combines both overhead and underground systems.

Our team also upgraded other equipment on the pole, which included new cabling, connectors and fiberglass cross arms. This work will help strengthen the local grid for customers in this area, which includes the Covington Place and Starr Estates subdivisions.
You may see more of our crews in the coming months as part of our accelerated electric reliability projects in your area, including more tree trimming and infrastructure updates. All these projects are underway to improve your service and reliability for the short and long term.
