Overhead crews were working recently in Rochester Hills, improving the system for customers. The work was done in the Stratford Knolls neighborhood near the corner of Knollcrest and Clair Hill. Our team replaced a couple of weathered utility poles with new, taller, and stronger poles. With these upgrades came new crossarms, cabling, fuses, connectors and a transformer. Work like this serves to strengthen the grid to better withstand extreme weather.
