DTE crews work hard to keep your power running but what keeps DTE crews running? Our crews rely on local restaurants to stay fueled so they can focus on improving reliability in your community.

One of our crews’ favorite spots to visit while working in Detroit is Condado Tacos – a Mexican dining and take-out restaurant located in Midtown on Seldon Street and Second Avenue. Known for their build-your-own tacos, nachos and bowls, this restaurant celebrates individuality with each plate.

Terrence is a DTE supervisor who regularly orders the build-your-own nachos. His go-to concoction includes chicken, three different types of cheese, red onion, cilantro, avocado ranch and roja salsa.

He said, “What makes Condado my favorite lunch spot is the fresh flavors and variety of meal choices.”

For anyone wanting to try Condado Tacos, Terrence recommends the build-your-own nachos, baja shrimp tacos or chorizo chips with cheese.
