Our tree trimmers were clearing out fallen branches and other debris from a customer’s backyard when they noticed the electrical house knob was broken, which normally holds electrical conductors in place.
The customer called DTE, and our line workers came out and replaced the house knob, while also performing maintenance to increase reliability.
You may see more of our crews in the coming months as part of our accelerated electric reliability projects in your area, including more tree trimming and infrastructure updates. All these projects are underway to improve your service and reliability for the short- and long-term.
