DTE contractor crews were recently in Warren, near East 10 Mile Road and Hesse Avenue, making updates to the electric grid. Our team replaced an old pole with a brand-new one and upgraded it with higher quality equipment. This work will improve the durability of our overhead infrastructure. While they were completing this work, they noticed a worn-out overhead wire. Soon after replacing the pole, they returned to the area to replace the worn-down wire with a brand-new one, preventing a potential power disruption for nearby residents. These two updates will help improve the community’s power reliability for years to come.
