We’ve partnered with local organizations to provide face-to-face assistance events in the community, where customers can ask questions about bills and receive in-person customer service from DTE team members. While customer bills cannot be paid at these events, you can receive guidance on how to seek payment assistance and additional support.
Our team will be at the Northwest Activities Center in Detroit on the first Thursday of each month through November, as well as other locations around metro Detroit throughout the year. Below is our most up-to-date schedule of customer assistance events.
