Hello, Wayne residents! Our field crews were working in your community this week making equipment upgrades near Van Born and South Wayne Rd. The most critical upgrade we made was replacing an existing utility pole right off Williams St. The new pole is thicker than the older one and should be much more durable during severe weather meaning fewer power outages for you and your neighbors.
This work is all part of our accelerated plan to improve your power reliability for the short- and long-term.
