We’ve partnered with local organizations to provide face-to-face assistance events in the community, where customers can ask questions about bills and receive in-person customer service from DTE team members. While customer bills cannot be paid at these events, you can receive guidance on how to seek payment assistance and additional support. At our Mobile Customer Office, you can discuss a variety of questions, including:
- Explanation of your bill
- Energy assistance referrals
- Affordable payment plans
- Moving or transferring service
