Hello Farmington residents! A team of tree trimmers were hard at work last week to make the grid in your city more safe and reliable. This team was working off of Orchard Lake Rd. Since a large amount of downtime hours during an outage is due to damage caused by trees, this accelerated tree trimming work should result in greater power reliability for area residents.
You may see more of our crews in the coming months as part of our accelerated electric reliability projects in your area, including more tree trimming and infrastructure updates. All these projects are underway to improve your service and reliability for the short- and long-term.
