A DTE crew noticed that overgrown trees were pushing secondary wires together, creating a safety hazard and unstable power connection in the backyard of a Southfield home. Tree trimmers were immediately called to 10 Mile and Southfield Road to fix the issue. They trimmed the branches a safe distance away from the power line, clearing the hazard and keeping consistent power flowing for the community.
