Heavy snow last week didn’t stop our crews from installing electrical upgrades across metro Detroit. One of those places was a neighborhood in West Bloomfield off Green Lake Rd. near Upper Straits Lake. Our team spent a few days installing multiple utility poles and a new transformer that you can see in the photos below. This work will improve the electrical reliability for nearly a dozen homes powered by these poles.
You may see more of our crews in the coming months as part of our accelerated electric reliability projects in your area, including more tree trimming and infrastructure updates. All these projects are underway to improve your service and reliability for the short- and long-term.
