Tree trimming crews were working throughout Bloomfield Township to improve the reliability of power for our customers. One of those places was on Lennox just west of North Adams. Our team worked carefully and safely to remove overgrown trees and brush off mainlines. This work is part of DTE’s ongoing commitment to increase tree trimming efforts across our services area, so your power can be more reliable.
If trees are creating a safety hazard near your residence, please report it to DTE. If trees are growing
near the lines but aren’t causing an immediate safety issue, they’ll be trimmed in accordance with our
ongoing maintenance schedule.
You may see more of our crews in the coming months as part of our accelerated electric reliability projects in your area, including more tree trimming and infrastructure updates. All these projects are underway to improve your service and reliability for the short and long term.
