DTE overhead crews replaced a condemned pole on Algonquin Dr. When a pole is marked condemned, that means the underground part of the pole is rotted out which makes it unsafe for workers to climb. They set the new pole which will provide underground service for a home nearby that is under construction. Once the new pole was set, primary and secondary lines could be transferred over, and the old pole was trimmed down.
