An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Sunday, repeating until July 31, 2022
Join Beacon Park Detroit & Coach Kiwi for the summer Sunday fitness and wellness series! Each event involves a 45-60 minute fitness session that will cater to all fitness levels. Following the fitness session, there will be a 20-30 minute wellness session.
Please bring your water bottle & a yoga mat.
