Join Beacon Park Detroit & Coach Kiwi for the summer Saturday series! KICKABS with Coach Kiwi is a 60 minutes of intense cardio kickboxing and ab workout! Be prepared to throw some punches, do a few squat kicks and get on the ground for crunches.
 
THIS IS EVENT WILL BE AVAILABLE IN PERSON & VIRTUALLY AND IS FREE TO EVERYONE OF ALL AGES!
 
  • You must pre-register to attend. Limited in-person spots available.
  • Please bring your water bottle & a yoga mat

  • There is a suggested donation fee to participate.
