Join us at Beacon Park along with Hot Yoga Ferndale for a 60-minute sunset Pilates session! Using the principles of Pilates and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), this energizing, low-impact class will elevate your heart rate and safely strengthen your entire body.
– Session will begin promptly at 7 p.m.
– The session is appropriate for ALL skill levels but recommended for adults only.
– Please bring your mat, towel and water (water refill stations are available onsite).
