Brunch + screening tickets are $65 each and include tax & gratuity already. This ticket will also grant you priority entrance into the screening.
The brunch will be 4+ courses, each crafted by a local Detroit chef: Gabby Milton (Lumen Detroit), Sarah Welch (Marrow), Emmele Herold (Hazel, Ravines & Downtown), Kiki Louya (FOLK Detroit) and Rohani Foulkes (FOLK Detroit).
1st Course: Two James Barrel Reserve Old Cockney Gin cured salmon, everything bagel crackers, pickled fennel + red onion, whipped boursin (by Chef Gabby Milton)
2nd Course: Crispy potato, seasoned beef, Peruvian peppers, egg, micro salad (by Chef Emmele Herold)
3rd Course: Pork belly, scallion pancake, horseradish, herbs (by Chef Sarah Welch)
4th Course: West African doughnut, tropical fruit, lime, kafir lime (by Chef Kiki Louya + Chef Rohani Foulkes)
