Join us for adult-focused (but family-friendly) sessions in an open-air setting in the heart of the city! \nClass Schedule: \nPre-registration is requested\, and the sessions are open to participants aged 12+. \nSaturday\, June 20 – Total Body Strength with Colin \nJuly 18 – Yoga with Janet – moved due to air quality concerns \nAugust 15 – Dance with Nadia \nSeptember 12 – Tai-Chi with Vernice \nThis event is FREE and everyone is welcome! The YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit strengthens communities through youth development\, healthy living and social responsibility.
