Rise & Grind Workout

An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Sunday, repeating until July 31, 2022
Join Beacon Park Detroit & Coach Kiwi for the summer Sunday fitness and wellness series! Each event involves a 45-60 minute fitness session that will cater to all fitness levels. Following the fitness session, there will be a 20-30 minute wellness session.
Please bring your water bottle & a yoga mat.
You must pre-register to attend. Limited in-person spots are available.

- SUNDAY, JUNE 26TH: (Let’s Dance) Zumba with Ms. Fitbrit
Description: Aerobic fitness exercise based on Latin American dance rhythms
- SUNDAY, JULY 10TH: BOOTCAMP w/ Coach Kiwi (Aerobic fitness exercise based on Latin American dance rhythms)
- SUNDAY, JULY 17TH: KICKABS FOR KIDS w Coach Kiwi
Description: Cardio Kickboxing and Ab Work for children ages 3 to 17
- SUNDAY, JULY 24TH: FITSCAVENGER RACE ( Team Fitness Quiz Game through the city of Detroit)
- SUNDAY, JULY 31ST: DB HIIT w/ Fizah Khan (Strength & HIIT training will dumbbells)
