DESCRIPTION:Pure Barre in the Park is here… Join us for three Fall and Winter Sessions! \nThe Pure Barre Detroit studio is located in Midtown on Woodward Ave and we’re so excited to bring barre to YOU at Beacon Park! Pure Barre is a low-impact high-intensity full body toning workout. The outdoor class will leave your muscles shaking and leave you feeling strong\, powerful and confident! Pure Barre is a low-impact\, high-intensity workout. Inspired by Pilates\, Yoga and Ballet\, this outdoor class will boost your mindset & more! The best part of barre? Your body is the machine; no equipment is needed in this 50-min class. Just bring a mat\, a water bottle\, a good attitude and your strong self. We’ll take care of the rest!! \nClass Time: \n\n10am -11:30 am (includes warm up and cool down time)\n\nRegistration Details: \n\nClass is FREE but you must sign up via the Pure Barre app. Click the link.
