Pure Barre is a low-impact high-intensity full body toning workout. The outdoor class will leave your muscles shaking and leave you feeling strong\, powerful and confident! Pure Barre is a low-impact\, high-intensity workout. Inspired by Pilates\, Yoga and Ballet\, this outdoor class will boost your mindset & more! The best part of barre? Your body is the machine; no equipment is needed in this 50-min class. Just bring a mat\, a water bottle\, a good attitude and your strong self.
