Join us for adult-focused (but family-friendly) sessions in an open-air setting in the heart of the city! \nClass Schedule: \nPre-registration is requested\, and the sessions are open to participants aged 12+. \nSaturday\, June 20 – Total Body Strength with Colin \nJuly 18 – Yoga with Janet – moved due to air quality concerns \nAugust 15 – Dance with Nadia \nSeptember 12 – Tai-Chi with Vernice \nThis event is FREE and everyone is welcome! The YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit strengthens communities through youth development\, healthy living and social responsibility. The Boll Family YMCA is partnering with Beacon Park for the Third annual Summer Saturday event.
