DESCRIPTION: \nBaby + Me yoga classes are a very comfortable\, supportive environment where parents can meet\, make connections and enjoy special times with their babies\, all while experiencing the benefits of yoga. In addition to the weekly yoga classes Detroit Mama Hub will offer a bi-weekly breastfeeding support group.\n \nAll caregivers and partners are welcome to join.\n \nClasses are designed for parents with non-walking infants/toddlers (0-18 months). No prior yoga experience necessary\, you and your baby may participate as gently as you like. If you have questions about when to start\, ask your midwife or doctor.\n \nWe suggest wearing comfortable clothes you can move in\, a yoga mat and having a blanket for your baby on hand.
