One of our line workers was in Southfield today helping investigate the loss of power at one of the AT&T service boxes that provides internet to customers. He didn’t find any issues on DTE’s end, and thankfully the power ultimately resumed, allowing customers to enjoy uninterrupted service.
You may see more of our crews in the coming months as part of our accelerated electric reliability projects in your area, including more tree trimming and infrastructure updates. All these projects are underway to improve your service and reliability for the short- and long term.
