One of our line workers was in a Southfield neighborhood, near 10 Mile and Southfield Road, doing a courtesy check-in with a resident who experienced flickering lights in their home recently. DTE crews promptly upgraded equipment at the pole and the house, resolving the issue. The lineman made sure the resident was happy with their service and had a consistent and reliable flow of power. 

You may see more of our crews in the coming months as part of our accelerated electric reliability projects in your area, including more tree trimming and infrastructure updates. All these projects are underway to improve your service and reliability for the short- and long term.
