We’re looking for experienced, motivated customer service professionals to fill open positions in our growing contact centers in Kentwood, and Detroit, Michigan, and to help us continue to elevate the levels of service and support our customers have come to expect from us.
When you become a member of the DTE Energy family as a customer service representative, you’ll work with a variety of our business units, including our electric and gas businesses, and you’ll gain valuable knowledge that will prepare you for roles and advancement throughout our company. Pay and benefits
Starting pay for our customer service representatives is $15, and after one year, hourly pay is increased to $16. But your earning potential isn’t limited to your hourly wage … last year, about 80 percent of our reps averaged at least an additional $2.66 per hour in incentives. Once you’ve been on our team a year, you’re eligible to apply for a specialist position, which pays $18.20 per hour.

- High school diploma (or equivalent)
